Biography
2007-08: Competed in both cross country and track and field … recorded a top cross-country time of 19:35 at the Albany Invitational … earned All-Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field second team honors in the 4 x 400-meter relay … placed third in the indoor 400-meters in a season-best time of 1:02.81 … was RIT’s fastest performer in the indoor 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.55.
2006-07: Earned All-Empire 8 second team honors in cross country, competing the race in 18:50 … part of record-setting indoor and outdoor 4 x 400 meter and distance medley relay team, in addition to outdoor 4 x 800 meter relay squad … earned All-Empire 8 honors in five different relay events … recorded top times of 2:20.48 in the 800-meters and 5:31.33 in the mile … named to the Empire 8 Presidentís List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.
Before RIT: Competed in cross-country, and indoor and outdoor track at Rush-Henrietta High School … several time sectional winner and state qualifier.
