2017 (Cross Country): Competed in four races … made her collegiate debut at the Highlander Twilight Short Course Invitational, placing 40th … Set personal best time of 26:34.3 at the Yellowjacket Invitational.
Before RIT: Competed in varsity cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field at Biddeford High School … two-year captain for the cross country team … earned All-Southern Maine Athletic Association honorable mention accolades … named Biddeford’s Most Dedicated Runner in 2014 … won the Biddeford Character Award in 2015 and was the Most Outstanding Runner in 2016 … helped lead team to state meet for first time in 22 years … senior captain for both indoor and outdoor track and field … Biddeford Track and Field Most Improved Award winner in 2015-16 and Character Award winner in 2016-17.
Personal: Physician assistant major … daughter of Karen and John Laverriere … has one brother, Tom and one sister, Grace.
