Biography

Career: RIT’s all-time leader with 47 walks, fifth with 82 runs batted in, fourth with a .446 on-base percentage, tied for seventh with 29 doubles, tied for eighth with six home runs, and ninth with a .528 slugging percentage … 189 total bases are ninth all-time … fifth all-time with 256 assists in the field.
 
2014: Appeared in and started 17 games … had a batting average of .500 (12-for-24), despite only getting at most two or three at-bats per game due to injury … enjoyed an incredible on-base percentage of .586 … had a hit in all but one game … fourth on the team with four doubles … had five walks… had a season-high five putouts against Nazareth … had a season-high two hits in back-to-back games against Nazareth … batted in a run in back-to-back games against Alfred … enjoyed hitting streaks of six and four games … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team. 2013: Suffered a season-ending injury after just eight games … batted .364 with six runs scored, a double, triple, and one run batted in … recorded three multiple-hit games … drew four walks … was 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in a win over Ferrum … had two hits against Hanover and St. Thomas (Fla.). 2012: Earned All-Liberty League second team honors … led RIT with a .384 batting average, .451 on-base percentage, 24 RBIs, and 13 walks, while clubbing four homers, five doubles, and a triple … recorded a .576 slugging percentage and OPS of 1.027 … led RIT with 24 RBI’s … hit a remarkable .536 in Liberty League play (15-for-28) with a homer and seven RBI's, while slugging .786 … was 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI’s against Bridgewater State … went 4-for-4 with two homers, three runs scored, and seven RBI's in a win over Regis … the two homers tied a RIT single-game record and seven RBI’s were one shy of the school record … hit a home run against Rensselaer … was 3-for-4 with a double against Rochester … stole two bases, scored twice, and drove in a pair of runs against Buffalo State … was 3-for-3 with a run scored and run batted in against Skidmore … hit a two-run triple against Union … walked 13 times, while striking out just 10 times … ended the season with a seven-game hitting streak (10-for-16), April 19 to April 25. Raising her average from .337 to .384 … recorded nine multiple-hit games. STATS

2011: Earned All-Empire 8 first team honors … garnered NFCA All-Region accolades … started all 36 games… finished the season with a .348 batting average and team-leading 22 RBI’s… drew a team-high 14 walks and led RIT with a .419 on-base percentage … stole seven bases… started the season with a 2-for-4, one RBI performance against Sul Ross State… had 12 multi-hit games… had seven hits and two RBI’s during the Empire 8 Tournament… went 5-for-8 with six RBI’s and scored three times in a double-header sweep of SUNY Geneseo… drove in a season-high four runs in game two, a 10-1 win over the Knights … went 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI’s in a 3-2 win over Stevens … was 19-for-39 (.495) over a 13-game stretch, April 17 to May 7 … had a hit in 28 different contests … recorded 13 multiple-hit games. 2010: Appeared in and started 34 games at shortstop … earned All-Empire 8 second team honors … named the Empire 8 Player of the Week, April 12 … hit a team-best .347 with 33 RBI … the 33 RBI were second most in the Empire 8 and tied for fourth most in one season at RIT … slammed 13 doubles, fifth most in one season at RIT … second on the team with 34 hits … tripled, scored one run, and added an RBI in her collegiate debut against Alverno … doubled, registered a season-best five RBI and scored a run in wins over Buffalo State and Utica … hit her first collegiate home run against Utica … had 20 RBI over an 11-game stretch, April 1 to April 14 … recorded separate seven and six game hitting streaks … scored three times, doubled, and tripled in a 10-1 win over D’Youville … followed that with four RBI in an 11-2 win in game two … went 3-for-3 in separate 8-0 wins over Nazareth and Stevens … led RIT with a .551 slugging percentage … tallied nine multiple hit games … led Tigers with 84 assists, seventh most in one season. Before RIT: Played four years of varsity softball at Shepherd Hill High School … senior captain … 2009 co-MVP of team … named to Worcester Telegram and Gazette Central Massachusetts All-Star Team in 2009 … three time Southern Worcester Country League all-star … won James Herrion Memorial Sportsmanship Award … also played varsity volleyball.
