Nicole Watson joined the RIT softball staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2016 season.
Watson played five years of varsity softball at Newark Valley High School, serving as a three-year captain. From there, she moved on to play collegiately at the University of Rochester, where she caught for four seasons. In 2014, Rochester advanced to the NCAA Division III College World Series.

Watson earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Rochester in 2014. She has served as a head coach for a handful of youth travel softball teams and was an assistant at her alma mater, Newark Valley in 2012 and 2013.

Watson resides in Rochester and is a Certified General Appraiser at Bruckner, Tillett, Rossi, Cahill and Associates.
