2017-18: Competed in multiple long-distance events during the indoor and outdoor season … set career-best in the 1,500 (4:23.03) the 3,000 (9:21.86) and the 5,000-meters (15:54.24) … had three top-ten finishes.

Before RIT: Competed in cross country and track at Ithaca High School … was 36th at NYSPHSAA iChampionships in 2015 … was 19th at McQUaid Invite 2015 … was 4th at Section IV Championships … was 5th at STACS … personal best of 16:10 in the 5,000-meters, 15:25 in the 3-mile, and 9:58 in the 2-mile.

Personal: Electrical engineering major … son of Gauri and Shashank Kolhatkar .. has one sibling, Sameera.
