Biography
2022-23:
- Competed at the Atlantic Region Indoor Championships, including a fifth-place finish in two relays.
- Won a Liberty League Indoor Championship as a member of the 4x400 relay team. Also finished fourth in the 400.
- Took part in eight meets during the indoor season.
BEFORE RIT:
- Was team captain and won the 2020 Indoor City Championship at Medgar Evers College Preparatory School.
PERSONAL:
- Full name: Matthew George Resnick
- Son of Marcia Clarke.
- Originally ran the mile when he first started competing, but no longer specializes in that distance.
- Favorite athletic memory: Winning the 4x400m at City Championships.
- Says his high school coach, Rodney Daniel, has had the most influence on his athletic career.
- Best advice ever received: “Try to avoid getting boxed in.”
