Biography
2022-23:
- Finished with a personal-best time of 28:12.7 in the 8K Mike Woods Invitational.
2021-22:
- Ran in four cross country events.
- Ran in four indoor track events.
- Ran in four outdoor track events.
BEFORE RIT:
- Was team captain in both Track and Nordic skiing in 2019 at Saranac Lake High School.
- Member of 2018 NYS Class C Cross Country Team championship team.
- Member of 2018 Section VII Indoor Track 4x800 Team championship team.
- Three-time sectional champion in Cross Country team competitions in high school.
- Started running competitively in 7th grade.
PERSONAL:
- Adam Edward Hesseltine was born and raised in Saranac Lake, N.Y.
- Son of Erin and Tom Hesseltine.
- Two siblings: Aaron and Aiden.
- Enjoys Ultimate Frisbee, disc golf, and skiing (both Nordic and Alpine).
- Volunteered at the Lake Placid Iron Man in 2021.
- Fan of the New York Giants, New York Yankees, and Golden State Warriors.
- Favorite professional athlete is Stephen Curry.
