2017-18: Competed in short distance events … set career best in the 200-yard freestyle (1:46.82) at the Liberty League Championship … garnered CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-Region At-Large honors ... earned Liberty League All-Academic Team honors for maintaining a 3.30 grade-point average.
2016-17: Competed in several short distance events … took second place in the 50-yard freestyle against RPI and against Fredonia State … had three top-three and six top-five finishes … named the Liberty League Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 21 … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
Before RIT: Swam at Fairview High School.
Personal: Chemical engineering major and mathematics minor ... son of Mark and Catherine Facchine ... has two siblings, Beth and Greg ... RIT Achievement Scholarship recipient.
