Jeff McKee enters his seventh season as an assistant coach for the RIT men’s lacrosse squad in 2014-15. McKee works primarily with the defense and opponents man-down scout unit.
A seasoned lacrosse who is well-known as a great defensive mind in the lacrosse world, McKee played two seasons for Navy and was named an All American in 1978 before transferring to Syracuse University. At Syracuse, he was a two-time All American in 1980 and 1981.
In 2002, McKee was inducted into the USILA Greater Rochester Chapter Lacrosse Hall of Fame. He is well known as a tremendous motivator, and inspires several of his players.
McKee has coached lacrosse at many different levels in the Rochester area and currently works as a Physical Education Teacher in the Honeoye Falls School District.
