Biography
2007-08: Was part of both the cross country and track teams … had a season-best cross country time of 27:53.35 at the RPI/Empire 8 Championship … recorded season-best times of 9:23.48 in the 3000-, 15:56.93 in the 5,000- and 32:28.97 in the 10,000-meter races … named to the Empire 8 President’s List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.
2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 4:44.32 in the mile at the Tiger Invitational … also ran events in the 1,000, 1,500 and 5000-meters.
Before RIT: Competed in cross-country, as well as indoor and outdoor track at Hempfield High School … co-captain of undefeated cross country squad in
2006: … All-League second team selection.
