2018 (Cross Country): Competed in eight events … recorded a career-best time of 26:14.1 over 8,000-meters at the Liberty League Championship at Clarkson, placing 28th overall … was 36th at the Mike Woods Invitational, hosted by SUNY Geneseo … represented RIT at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships … was a point-scorer (top-five RIT finisher) for RIT in two events.

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in opening two races of the year before suffering season-ending injury … finished 45th overall at the Bill Fritz Invitational hosted by Rowan.

2016-17: Competed in multiple distance events during the indoor and outdoor season … placed in the top-10 six times … set a career best time in the 5,000-meters (15.24.50).

2015-16: Competed in several long distance events during the indoor and outdoor season … recorded a career-best second place finish in the 3000-meters at the RIT Early Season Invitational … had career bests in the 1500-meters (4:25.47), 5000-meters (15:34.18) and 10,000-meters (31:55.66) … had six top 10 finishes.

Before RIT:  Competed in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track at Strongsville High School … qualified for the Ohio State Championship as a senior … earned All-Conference honors … was a standout in the 3,200 meter run in track, winning first place at the 2014 All-District Championships.

Personal: Computer engineering major … son of Allison and Thomas Papish … has one brother, Jacob, and one sister, Alaina.
