2018 (Cross Country): Competed in seven events … enjoyed a breakout season, earning All-Liberty League first team accolades and All-Atlantic Region honors … recorded a career-best time of 25:30.6 over 8,000-meters at the Liberty League Championship at Clarkson, placing seventh overall … that performance earned him All-Liberty League first team honors … finished 20th at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championship at Rowan to earn All-Region honors … was RIT’s second-best finisher in both events … recorded an impressive fourth place finish at Houghton’s Highlander Invitational … finished 12th at the Bill Fritz Invitational, hosted by Rowan University … represented RIT at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships held at the University of Wisconsin-Osh Kosh … was RIT’s second-best finisher at the KollegeTown Pre National meet, placing 92nd overall … broke 26 minutes three times … was a point-scorer (top-five RIT finisher) for RIT in six events … named to Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in six races … finished top-10 three times …top finish of fifth overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational … ran career-best time of 25:33.8 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Preview hosted by Houghton … was 13th overall at the Bill Fritz Invitational hosted by Houghton … represented RIT at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship and finished 211th … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

2016 (Cross Country): Appeared in five races … recorded a season-best time of 27:17.1 over 8,000-meters at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo … placed 43rd overall at the Liberty League Championships … placed 36th in his collegiate debut, the Cardinal Early Season Invite … also raced at the Yellowjacket Invitational and Rowan University Border Battle.

Before RIT: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field at Henry M. Gunn High School ... earned MVP for cross country in both his junior and senior seasons.
