2007-08: Ran during both the cross country and track seasons … had a top-time of 27:14 at the NYU Invitational, placing 73rd overall … also competed at the RIT Quad Meet and Empire 8 Championship in cross country … stepped up as one of RIT’s top 800- and 1,000-meter indoor runners … recorded top times of 1:59.34 in the 800-meters and 2:35.76 in the 1,000-meters.

2006-07: Competed in both cross country and track … had a top-time of 28:21 at the Empire 8 Championships in cross country … ran mostly 800-meter events in track … had a season-best time of 1:59.03 at the Raider Open … enjoyed a third-place at the University of Rochester Invitational … named to the Empire 8 President’s List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.

Before RIT: Competed in cross-country and track at Wallkill Valley High School …  earned Sussex County Interscholastic League honors.
