2007-08: Emerged as one of the top sprinters in New York State … earned All-Empire 8 first team honors in the 400-meters, winning in a season-best time of 55.47 seconds … also part of the 4 x 400-relay team that earned All-Empire 8 first team honors, winning in 3:21.85 … recorded a season-best outdoor time of 3:18.75 in the 4 x 400-meter relay, finishng second at the New York State Championships … had a top-time of 8.40 seconds in the 55-meter hurdles.

Before RIT: Competed in cross-country and track at Honeoye-Falls Lima High School … Led cross country squad to 2006 New York State championship … set school records in the pentathalon, 400-meter and 110-meter hurdles.
