2007-08: Competed in both track and cross country … finished second at the RIT Indoor Invitational with a time of 9:29.63 in the 3,000-meters … recorded a top time of 26:57.50 during the cross country season at the Albany Invitational.

2006-07: Competed in both track and cross country … finished third at the University of Rochester Invitational with a career-best time of 16:23 in the 5,000-meters … was also part of the cross country team that earned a berth in the NCAA Division III Championship.

2005-06: Competed in a handful of events … recorded a fifth place finish at the Golden Flyer Invitational in the 5,000-meters with a time of 17:26.27 … went 15 seconds faster at the U of R meet.
Before RIT: Competed in cross-country, track and field and soccer at Fairview High School … captain for both cross country and track … earned All-Region first team honors in cross country.
