2007-08: Was part of both the cross country and track teams … had a season-best cross country time of 27:13.4 at the Albany Invitational … ran three races under 27:30 … was 37th at the Geneseo Invitational … had a career-best clocking of 4:39.23 in the mile … also recorded top times 9:35.47 in the 3,000- and 16:33.26 in the 5,000-meter runs … named to the Empire 8 President’s List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.

2006-07: Was part of both the cross country and track teams … had a season-best cross country time of 27:42.50 at the SUNY Geneseo Invitational … recorded a career-best time of 2:04.65 in the 800-meters at the RIT All-Comers meet … named to the Empire 8 President’s List.

2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 4:44.32 in the mile at the Tiger Invitational … also ran events in the 1,000, 1,500 and 5000-meters.

Before RIT: Competed in cross-country, as well as indoor and outdoor track … earned Most Improved Athlete honors twice in indoor track.
