Randy Havens has been a part of the RIT cheerleading family for over a decade. As a cheer team alumnus, he was named Most Improved and was a senior captain. Havens was a part of the inaugural coaching team that brought the Tigers to their first National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) College Nationals appearance in Daytona Beach, FL.
Havens cheered for RIT during the 2007-2010 seasons, graduating from the university in 2010 with a bachelor’s in computer engineering technology. In 2012, Havens rejoined the team as an assistant coach.
Havens is a valuable asset to the team and brings extensive knowledge in stunting and a specialty COED skills.
Outside of RIT cheer, Havens enjoys volunteering for local groups and programming in his spare time.
