Grace Schroeder enters her fifth season as an RIT Cheerleading Assistant Coach in the 2024-25 season. Koester, a former RIT cheerleader, spent four seasons with the Tigers from 2014-2018. Schroder was captain for two seasons including the team's first appearance at National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) College Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL in 2017.
Schroeder graduated from RIT with a Bachelor's in Advertising and Public Relations (‘18) and Masters in Business Administration (‘20). Outside of RIT, Schroeder works in the area as a Marketing Manager.
Schroeder is a judge for local collegiate and youth competitions and is safety certified by USA Cheerleading.
