Biography

Career: RIT's all-time leader with 27 homers and 155 RBIs, 343 total bases, and a .641 slugging percentage. He is also in the top-three in six other categories, including hits (195), runs scored (128), at-bats (536), doubles (35), triples (16) and walks (73) … RIT’s first four-time All-Liberty League selection and first three-time first team pick … RIT’s first three-time ABCA/Rawlings All-New York Region first team selection … was selected 952nd overall in the 32nd round of the 2017 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

2016: Earned ABCA New York Region and D3Baseball.com first team honors for the second consecutive season … Liberty League first team pick for second straight year … garnered All-ECAC Upstate second team accolades … Liberty League Player of the Week, May 9 … RIT Male Athlete of the Week, May 16 … led the Liberty League in at-bats (166), triples (5), home runs (8), RBIs (52), total bases (107), and was second with a .645 slugging percentage and 61 hits … shattered a 36-year old school record for total bases and re-broke his RBI mark … broke 10-year old school mark with 61 hits and had most at-bats in one year at the university … ranked 33rd in all of Division III with 52 RBIs and 24th nationally with 1.30 RBIs per game … enjoyed an incredible finish to his season, hitting five home runs, while driving in 34 runs over the last 12 games … tied a RIT single-game record with eight RBIs on two homers and a double in game one against Bard on Senior Day … also scored three runs in that win … ended the season by tying career high with four hits, going 4-for-6 with two home runs and six RBIs against NCAA Division III College World Series Finalist St. John Fisher … hit a first inning grand slam and drove in five runs at nationally-ranked Oswego … was 4-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBIs at Vassar … went 3-for-3 with a bases clearing double en route to a four RBI day in a win over Rochester … homered against Immaculata and Liberty League foes Rensselaer and Union … hit a walk off single in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift RIT to a dramatic win over Rensselaer … stole two bases in a win over St. Norbert … doubled twice in the season-opener at Fredonia State … opened the season with a 11-game hitting streak, batting .370 over that span, March 9 to March 25 … hit four home runs and added 30 RBIs in Liberty League play … had at least one hit in 34 games … recorded 18 multiple-hit games … tallied three hits in a game seven times … reached base in 38 of 40 contests … stole eight bases … drove in at least one run in 12 of his last 13 games … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team. 2015: Enjoyed one of the finest offensive seasons in program history … named to American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings All-New York Region first team … earned D3Baseball.com All-New York Region first team honors … All-Liberty League first team selection … named to the 2015 Liberty League Championship All-Tournament Team  … named the Liberty League Player of the Week, March 16 … two-time RIT Male Athlete of the Week, March 23 and May 11 … played in and started all 38 games … set the RIT single-season team record and led the Liberty League with 46 runs batted in, while slugging seven home runs, one shy of the school mark, set 35 years ago … led the Tigers with a .363 batting average, .476 on-base percentage, .637 slugging percentage, 49 hits, eight doubles, four triples, and 86 total bases (third most in one season all-time at RIT), while drawing 27 walks, tied for third most in one year at RIT … second in the Liberty League with 86 total bases and a .637 slugging percentage … fourth with 27 walks … hit five home runs and drove in 20 runs in 21 Liberty League contests … in 17 non-conference contests, batted an incredible .477 (31-for-65) with five doubles, three triples, two homers and 26 RBIs … opened the season with an eight-game hitting streak, batting .600 (18-for-30) over that stretch with 13 RBIs … reached base in each of his first 17 games to start the year … ended the year with a five-game hitting streak … hit .500 (7-for-14) in the Liberty League Tournament with a home run and eight RBIs in four games … had three straight three-hit games with eight RBIs over that span, March 14 to March 16 … drove in a season-high four runs in a game twice, against Elmira and Clarkson … against Clarkson, hit a game-winning grand slam in the top of the seventh inning that spurred RIT to a 7-5 victory, which was head coach Rob Grow’s 400th win at the university … reached base five times with two doubles, three walks, and three RBIs in a win over Skidmore … homered in the Liberty League Championship against Rensselaer … drove in five runs in the two game championship series … broke the school record for RBIs in a season with his 41st, a single in the seventh inning of an eventual 9-5 win over Clarkson in the Liberty League Tournament … also homered against St. Lawrence, Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Vassar, Skidmore, and Union … drove in a run in six straight games, March 29 to April 12 … drove in at least three runs in a game six times … had 15 multiple-hit contests and reached base in all but four games  … recorded at least one hit in 28 games … stole five bases … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
