Biography

2019: Played in 23 games, 22 of which he started … led the Tigers with a .325 batting average … caught 4 runners stealing while behind the plate ... went 3 for 4 with a double, 3 RBI, and a scored run at RPI

2018: Played in six contests … hit .571 in limited action … made his collegiate debut in a 7-2 win over Cazenovia … earned his first collegiate start behind the plate against nationally-ranked St. John Fisher and picked up his first hit, while walking twice and scoring three runs in an 8-5 win … was 3-for-3 with two doubles, a walk and his first collegiate run batted in, leading RIT to a crucial 3-2 win at Liberty League rival Rochester on the final weekend of the regular season. Before RIT: Played varsity baseball at Central Dauphin High School … hit .288 as a senior … earned All-Middle Pennsylvania Commonwealth second team honors.

Personal: Exercise science major … son of Jann and Kevin McNamara … has one sister, Erin Ross and one brother, Kyle.
