Biography

2018: Garnered All-Liberty League second team honors … was one of four Tigers to play in and start all 38 games, all at the hot corner … finished tied for second on the Tigers with 22 runs batted in and two triples … added five stolen bases … was tied for third on the team with 53 total bases and three home runs … singled in a run to tie the game in the bottom of the seventh inning and drew a bases-loaded walk in the ninth inning that lifted RIT to a 3-2 win over Rensselaer in the Liberty League Wild Card game … went 2-for-3 with a triple, home run, two walks, three runs scored and a career-best four RBIs in a late-season contest at University of Rochester … was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two stolen bases in a 13-3 win over Bard … had a season-high three hits, including a triple and home run to go along with two runs scored and two RBIs in a win over Elmira … hit a two-run homer against No. 1 UMass-Boston … reached base in 31 of 38 games … enjoyed a nine-game hitting streak, April 7 to April 21 … had eight multiple-RBI and eight multiple-hit contests … provided strong defense at the hot corner, with 71 assists, including 13 in the first two games of the season. 2017: Appeared in 38 games … made 37 starts at third base …  hit .286 with a home run and 27 runs batted in … led the team with four sacrifice flies … named to the Liberty League Championship All-Tournament Team … hit a long solo home run in RIT’s 6-2 win over Union in the Liberty League Tournament … was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored in the Liberty League Tournament opening 11-5 win over Vassar … hit .417 with six RBIs in the Liberty League Tournament … drove in 12 runs over a six-game stretch, May 6 to May 12 … was 2-for-4 with a walk and career-high four RBIs in the regular season finale, a 12-4 win over Bard … was a home run shy of the cycle, going 3-for-5 with two runs scored and an RBI in a 13-3 win over Vassar … scored season-high three runs in win over FDU-Florham … batted .500 (11-for-22) during a seven-game hitting streak, April 14 to April 23 … raised average 109 points over an eight-game stretch in April … was 3-for-3 with a single, double, triple, walk, stolen base and two RBIs in an 8-5 win over Alfred State … enjoyed eight multiple-hit games …  hit .323 during Liberty League play with 16 RBIs in 22 games. 2016: Enjoyed an excellent first season, finishing second on the team with a .330 batting average, with five doubles, and four stolen bases, while emerging as the starter at the hot corner … played in 35 games, making 32 starts … earned All-Liberty League second team honors… finished third on the team with a .450 on-base percentage … tied for the team lead being hit by a pitch five times … second on  the team with a .352 batting average in Liberty League play … ended season with a 10-game hitting streak, scoring 12 runs over that stretch, April 30 to May 9 … made his collegiate debut against Immaculata … had his first hit and stolen base in a wild 15-inning win over nationally-ranked Southern Maine … was 2-for-4 with a season-high three runs scored in a win over Clarkson … went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases at St. John Fisher, who was a NCAA Division III College World Series Finalist … scored five runs and added four hits in a doubleheader sweep over Bard to end the home schedule … had a hit in 24 games … recorded nine multiple-hit games … recorded 60 assists in the field … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team. Before RIT: Played two years of varsity baseball at Liverpool High School … hit .432 with seven doubles and a triple in 2015 … was a first team all-league selection in 2015.
