Biography

2018: Played in and started 37 games as RIT’s centerfielder … was second on the team with four home runs, 22 runs batted in and 23 walks … was 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs in a win over St. Lawrence … drove in three runs in back-to-back contests against St. Lawrence … hit a long home run against Clarkson at Rochester’s Towers Field … hit a key home run that proved to be the difference in a 3-2 victory at Rochester … was 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, two runs scored, a stolen base and three RBIs in an 11-4 win over Vassar in the Liberty League Tournament … walked three times and scored a pair of runs in a 6-2 win at Elmira … named to the Liberty League All-Academic team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average. 2017: Earned All-Liberty League honorable mention accolades … appeared in 32 games … made 26 starts in center field … finished third on the team with a .327 batting average … had 17 runs batted in, seven doubles and a pair of triples … third on the team with four stolen bases … named the RIT Male Athlete of the Week, March 20 … opened the season with four two-hit games in his first five contests … was 2-for-4 with a career-high four RBIs and a stolen base in game two of a doubleheader at Arcadia … doubled, stole two bases, scored a pair of runs and drove in two in a win over FDU-Florham … was 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs in an 11-4 win over Vassar … reached base four times, going 3-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored and two RBIs in a 12-4 win at Bard to end the regular season … doubled and walked three times against Alvernia in the NCAA Tournament … had nine multiple-hit outings … led all RIT players by hitting .400 (18-for-45) with 13 runs scored, a .471 on-base percentage and .533 slugging percentage in 18 Liberty League regular season contests … defensively, made just one error in 59 chances for an excellent .983 fielding percentage … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average. 2016: One of three Tigers to play in and start all 40 games … served as RIT’s center fielder … hit .289 with 10 doubles, two triples, one home run, and 22 runs… second on the team with 60 total bases … third with six stolen bases … had a hit in 30 games … opened the season by recording a career high four hits to go along with a double and two RBIs in a 7-3 win over Fredonia State …went 2-for-5 with a triple, stolen base, and career-best four RBIs in a wild 7-6 win over nationally-ranked Southern Maine that went 15 innings … reached base four times in that contest … had back-to-back three-hit games, scoring five runs, doubling three times, while driving in three runs in a doubleheader sweep over Bard … had three hits and a walk in the season finale against 2016 NCAA Division III College World Series Finalist St. John Fisher … doubled twice in a win over Clarkson … ended the season by hitting .522 (12-for-23) over a six-game hitting streak, May 4 to May 9 … had seven multiple-hit contests … added three outfield assists … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team. 2015: Appeared in 22 contests … started four games … hit .286 with four runs batted in … made his collegiate debut in the season-opener against Houghton … recorded his first collegiate hit in an 18-2 win over Elmira … had a run-scoring single for his first collegiate RBI against Colby … tripled in a run in a victory over Vassar … had his first multiple-hit contest, going 2-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored against SUNY Oswego … stole a base against Union.
