2013: Played in 11 contests … had 14 at-bats, hitting .286 with a pair of doubles and four RBI’s … recorded his first hit, scored two runs, and drove in a pair of runs in a 22-1 win over SUNY Canton … went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI’s, and a run scored in RIT’s seven-run eight inning in a 9-2 win over Union … made 12 putouts without committing an error.

2012: Did not play.

2011: Appeared in four games … made his collegiate debut against SUNY Cortland, reaching base once …  had putouts against Utica, Keuka and Rochester … started in the outfield against Keuka and Rochester.

Before RIT: Played baseball for Jamesville-Dewitt High School … earned two letters … also played varsity basketball and golf … golf captain as a senior.

Personal: Brother Ed was a shortstop for the Tigers from 2008-2011 … mechanical engineering major … son of Charlene and Edward Hughes.
