The primary goal of the RIT Tiger Strength and Conditioning team is to provide a safe and effective environment for the student-athletes where they can reach their full fitness potential. Our philosophy is encompassed around power, speed and agility to give our student-athletes a leg up on the competition. Strength and conditioning programs are tailored to the individual needs of the student-athlete and their respective sports. Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Ryan Kelly and Assistant Coach Connor McJury believe that championships are won and lost in the weight room and place a great amount of time and effort in implementing programs for student-athletes to achieve their goals. By emphasizing the importance of a well designed program, student-athletes decrease the risk of injury and increase their mental and physical state.
