Work with coaches who train and coach college hockey players on a daily basis. The spring/summer training program is the ultimate opportunity to train in RIT’s state-of-the-art facilities and on the ice under the direct supervision of college coaches!

At the TTC, you will develop all areas of your body (legs, core  and upper body). Our training program allows you to become  more explosive, stronger, and increase your aerobic capacity.
State-of-the-art facilities at RIT enable you to train like an elite athlete. You will be challenged in many different ways using RIT’s  gym, turf field and track. Ladders, parachutes, medicine balls, resistance bands and weight vests will all be used.

Players will be tested individually on June 1st & 2nd and then re-tested at the end of the program. Initial testing shows areas that need to be improved, and end of the program testing will hopefully show that you have achieved significant physical development. You will recieve documentation that will compare your test results to other TTC athletes.

Program Dates:
June 1 - August 19
Schedule for June is as follows:
Monday-Thursday, 6:30-8 p.m. (Strength and Conditioning only)

June 28-August 11
Monday-Thursday, 5-6:15 p.m. (On ice workouts)
Monday-Thursday, 6:30-8 p.m. (Strength and Conditioning)

To be eligible for the TTC, players must be born after 1994. It is recommended that players should have played at the AAA level and currently be playing Prep School, Junior or College Hockey
