Biography

2015-16: Served as team captain … shared RIT’s Greg Moss Hard Hat Award for grit and determination with teammate Brady Norrish … appeared in 31 games, recording a career-best 11 points, while playing at a plus-3 … scored the unassisted game-tying goal with 2:54 left in regulation of the Atlantic Hockey Semifinal against Air Force, a game that RIT would go on to win in overtime … scored a big insurance goal in game two of the Atlantic Hockey Quarterfinal series against Mercyhurst, a 4-1 win … tallied the game-winning power-play goal in a 7-3 victory over Mercyhurst … also scored in a 5-2 victory over Niagara … won 22 face-offs … had seven points on two goals and five assists in 22 Atlantic Hockey regular season games … Tigers were 8-2-1 when he recorded a point. 2014-15: Served as an assistant captain … came back from an off-season injury to record eight goals and 10 points in 37 games … named to the Atlantic Hockey Championship All-Tournament Team … scored the insurance marker in a 5-1 win over Mercyhurst late in the third period … had the primary assist on Danny Smith’s game-winning goal in the 2-1 victory over Canisius in the Atlantic Hockey Semifinal … made his season debut, recording his first multiple-point outing with a goal and an assist in a 5-1 victory over Air Force … scored a goal in back-to-back games at Bentley … had seven goals and an assist in 28 league games … scored a highlight-reel goal and was plus-2 in an 8-0 win over Mercyhurst … fired 63 shots on goal … one of main cogs in penalty-killing unit that was fifth nationally at 87.9 percent … blocked 20 shots … Tigers were 6-2-1 when he recorded a point … named to the AHC All-Academic Team.
