Biography

Career: Tied for third all-time at RIT with eight home runs … tied for sixth with eight triples … third with 37 walks … second all-time with 790 putouts and 914 chances defensively.

2012: Named to the 2012 CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-New York Region team … won RIT’s Mark Ellingson Award for Academic and Athletic Excellence … earned NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete honors, recording at least a 3.50 grade-point average … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team … started 34 games at first base … hit .284 and finished with three homers and 14 RBI’s … Went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI’s against Bridgewater State … tied a RIT single-game record by clubbing two home runs, while driving in three in her final collegiate game at SUNY Geneseo … hit a solo home run against St. John Fisher … doubled, stole a base, and drove in three runs against Buffalo State … scored two runs in a win over Medaille … drew 12 walks against just seven strikeouts … recorded a .993 fielding percentage. 2011: Started all 36 games … 2011 NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete … earned All-Empire 8 Second Team Honors … named Empire 8 Player of the Week on March 13 …finished the season with a .336 batting average with 22 RBI’s … led the team with four home runs, tied for seventh most in one season at RIT … started the season with a 3-for-4, three RBI performance against Sul Ross State … began the year with a 14 game hit-streak, tied for the longest in program history … hit a robust .567 (17-for-31) over RIT’s nine-game season-opening Spring trip … went 4-for-4 with an RBI in a 6-5 win over William Penn … was 3-for-4 with a homerun and four RBI’s against Capital… had three hits and two RBI’s in an 8-4 win over St. John Fisher in the Empire 8 Tournament. 2010: Appeared in and started 36 games, primarily at first base … led RIT with 21 runs scored … scored a season-best three runs in a win over Walsh, with two walks … doubled and recorded three hits, a run and a RBI in a 4-3 win over Ferrum … slammed her first collegiate home run and drove in four in a 6-4 win over Utica … doubled and drove in two runs in consecutive games of a doubleheader sweep over Widener … registered a season-best two stolen bases in a win over Stevens, also scored a pair of runs and tallied an RBI … recorded 19 RBI, second most on the squad … recorded five stolen bases … tallied seven multi-hit games … had a seven-game hitting streak, Feb. 27 to March 3 … hit .458 over the first eight games of the season … 262 put-outs and 281 chances defensively are both seventh in one season at RIT. 2009: Played in 33 games, primarily at third base … among team leaders with 71 assists … recorded 17 hits, 12 runs scored and five doubles … was 1-for-2 with a run scored and sacrifice in collegiate debut against Muhlenberg … hit a hit in each of her first four games … was 3-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI in a 14-0 win over Morrisville … drove in her first collegiate run against Bluffton … had two hits in the Empire 8 Tournament contest, 1-0, 16-inning win over Ithaca … named to the Empire 8 President’s List for maintaining a 3.75 grade-point average.
