Biography

2011: Appeared in four games … made her collegiate debut against Buffalo State, finishing the game with one hit, one RBI and one run scored … also had hits against Geneseo and Nazareth.

Before RIT: Played varsity softball at Northstar Christian Academy … led her team to Section V championships in 2008, 2009 and 2010 … named Defensive Player of the Year … senior captain … named to the Parochial all-star team … two-time Section V All-Tournament team selection.

Personal: Physician assistant major … born Jan. 16, 1992, in Rochester, N.Y. … daughter of Kristin and Tim Sampson.
