2007-08: Won the 1,500-meters at the Raider Open in 5:06.53 … earned All-Empire 8 second team indoor honors in the 1,500-meters … had season-best times of 2:28.56 in the 800-meters, 4:58.74 in the 1,500-, 5:22.72 in the mile, 10:54.06 in the 3,000- and 19:43.14 in the 5,000-meters … recorded a season-best time of 19:46 at the NYSCTC Championships during the cross country season … placed 24th at the Empire 8 Championship.
Before RIT: Ran four seasons of varsity cross country and track and field at Amherst High School … senior captain in both sports … five-time team MVP … holds the 4 x 800-meter relay outdoor record … track and cross country Rookie of the Year.
