Biography

2007-08: Battled through injuries to play in 31 games … scored two goals and added six assists … dished out a career-best two assists in a 5-0 win over American International … was plus-3 with an assist in a 5-1 victory at Holy Cross … scored a goal to tie the game early in the third period, helping the Tigers to a 4-2 win over Sacred Heart … tallied goal against Holy Cross in game one of the Atlantic Hockey Quarterfinals … had seven points in Atlantic Hockey play … won 263-of-548 face-offs (48.0 percent) … named to the Atlantic Hockey Association All-Academic team.

2006-07: Appeared in 30 games … emerged as a strong two-way forward … tallied five goals and added six assists … recorded a plus-5 rating … tallied his first collegiate goal in a win over Army … scored a goal in the next contest, a 3-2 win over nationally-ranked Quinnipiac … tallied three goals in a four-game stretch … recorded his first collegiate point, an assist, at Cornell … had eight points in Atlantic Hockey play … took three shots on goal in a game twice … scored a goal and was plus-2 in a 6-3 win over Canisius … won 198-of-435 face-offs (45.5 percent) … named to the Atlantic Hockey Association All-Academic team.

Before RIT: Played three seasons for the Langley Hornets of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) … second on the team in scoring during the 2005-06 season … tallied 22 goals and 30 assists for 52 points in 53 games … recorded 80 penalty minutes … known in the BCHL as an excellent defensive forward with an offensive touch.
