Biography
2001-2002: Competed in seven races...placed 3rd at the RIT Quad Meet on September 15...took home a 11th place finish at the Le Moyne College Invitational...proved to be much the best on the season, finishing as the Tigers' top runner in seven of nine meets and four finishes in the Top-20.
2002-2003: Spalholz narrowly missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships. Top 5k time was her 18:19 performance at the Union Invitational, where she placed second. Top 6k time was at the Geneseo Invitational, where whe placed 9th, with a 23:28 performance. Spalholz had three top 10 performances and placed in the top 20 in all races except the Williams Invitational.
