2002 Outlook: Ballard will continue to dominate the setter position in the Empire 8...is on pace to break the career assist record held by Ushi Patel...She could become the top setter to ever graduate from RIT.

2001: First-Team All-Empire 8 and Co-Rookie of the Year, had a team high 1,523 assists, 37 service aces, 269 digs, and 58 total blocks.

High School: Athlete of the Year, All-Western New York, first team All-ECIC, team MVP and captain her senior year at Frontier Central High School...also played club volleyball for the Western New York Storm.
