2002 Outlook: Leadership will be one of the greatest assets for this co-captain...an explosive hitter and player who is the most well rounded player on the team...Consistently been one of the top middle blockers in Empire 8 over the past three years...holding the middle, she will once again dominate.

2001: Sander controlled the middle position after closing out her junior campaign second on the team in kills with 331, second in digs with 372, and had 130 blocks on the season. She also received All-Tournament honors in the Empire 8.

2000: Continued to excel both offensively and defensively with 218 kills and 257 digs...One of the Tigers top blockers finishing second on the team with 140.

1999: Collected 324 digs and 218 kills as a rookie...posted 27 digs versus Cortland...tallied double figures in kills 17 times...played in 32 matches and started 50 games...tallied a career-high 19 kills against conference rival Ithaca College.

High School: Sander was a two-sport athlete at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School...was an All-State B team and Suburban Council All-Star selection her senior year...named MVP of the Fox Lane and Oceanside Tournaments...her team won Sectionals in 1996, ’97 and ’99.
