- Made collegiate debut at Houghton December Classic on 12/3/2021
- Participated in Liberty League Outdoor Championships
BEFORE RIT:
- Member of Pittsford Mendon High School’s 2021 Section V Track and Field championship team.
- Named 2021 Track and Field All-Greater Rochester.
- Named the Most Improved Player on his track team in 2021.
PERSONAL:
- Full name: Elliot George Bernacki
- Son of Deborah Bernacki and Thomas Bernacki.
- His mother Deborah graduated from RIT in 1989.
- Younger brother of Andrew Bernacki, Lauren Bocka, and Christian Bocka.
- His older brother Andrew is his teammate on the track team. His oldest brother Christian also attended RIT, graduating in 2016.
- His father, Thomas, played football at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
- Got into track because “it looked fun and I wanted to try something new.”
- Hobbies include fishing, lifting, card-collecting, and hunting.
- Favorite athletic memory: Winning sectionals with his high school track team.
