2023-24:
  • Took part in seven indoor meets and five outdoor meets
  • Set personal-bests in the 3,000, the 5,000 and the 10,000
  • Finished second in the 5,000 and eighth in the 3,000 at the Liberty League Indoor Championships
  • Placed seventh in the 5,000 at the Atlantic Region Indoor Championships
  • Earned second-place in the 10,000 and eighth-place in the 5,000 at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships
  • Competed in the Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships
  • 2023 Chi Alpha Sigma inductee
2022-23:
  • Took part in four outdoor events
  • Placed ninth in the 10,000 at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships

2021-22:

PERSONAL:
  • Full name: Katherine Ann Cobos
  • Daughter of Christine and Bob Cobos.
  • Has a brother, Ethan, who is on the diving team at Tufts.
  • Hobbies include writing, drawing, and reading.
  • Was part of the Teen Advisory Board at her local library and has remained active as a member of the library’s Young Adult Advisory Board.
  • Favorite athletic memory: Going to National Championships as a team in 2019 cross country season.
  • Biggest influence on her athletic career: Her high school coach, Matt Ward.
  • Best advice ever received: If it's hard, that means you are doing it right.
  • Began running track in seventh grade on the modified team. Only started running steeplechase in senior year as she believed it was the only shot she had at reaching states.
  • Has Tourette’s syndrome.
  • Interned on Jimmy Kimmel Live in fall of 2022.
  • Ran a marathon in Oct. 2022.
  • Says she can name first 110 digits of Pi.
