2018 (Cross Country): Was RIT’s top runner for the second straight year … served as one of RIT’s three captains … earned All-Atlantic Region honors for the third straight season, placing 21st overall … garnered All-Liberty League first team honors for the second straight season, finishing seventh at the league championships in a season-best time of 22:29.4 over the 6,000-meter course … won the season-opening Houghton Short Course Twilight Invitational for the second straight season in a time of 15:08.1 over the 4,000-meter course … finished 64th at the KollegeTown Pre National meet hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Osh Kosh …  named the Liberty League Performer of the Week, Sept. 4 … garnered RIT Female Athlete of the Week accolades, Sept. 4 … named to Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2017 (Cross Country): RIT’s top runner … earned four top-seven finishes, including a victory in the season-opening Highlander Twilight Invitational … placed fourth at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Preview hosted by Houghton … finished fifth overall at the Yellowjacket invitational … earned All-Liberty League first team honors after a seventh place finish at the league championships … was second straight All-Liberty League honor … recorded a season-best time of 22:44.4, placing 21st overall at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championship … earned All-Region honors for the second straight season … narrowly missed out on first NCAA Championship berth … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

2016 (Cross Country): Earned All-Atlantic Region honors … garnered All-Liberty League Second Team accolades … appeared in six events … opened season by finishing third overall at the Cardinal Early Season Invitational … recorded a personal best time of 22:03.1 in finishing 35th overall at the Atlantic Region Championship … placed 13th overall at the Liberty League Championship … broke 24 minutes in all five of her races contested at 6,000-meters … finished 30th overall at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo … broke 23 minutes for the first time (22:27.9) at the Rowan University Border Battle … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2015: Competed in five events … recorded three top-100 finishes … started her collegiate career with a 45th place finish at the Flower City Opener hosted by Rochester … set a personal-best mark of 25:42.1 at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by Geneseo … finished 36th at the Canisius Alumni Classic.

Before RIT: Ran five years of varsity cross country at Le Roy High School … three-year team captain … 2015 Le Roy Senior Female Athlete of the Year … Le Roy Most Dedicated Female Athlete … won three Le Roy coaches awards … four-time All-Star … competed in two Section V and one New York State Championship … also competed in track and field … three-year captain … Twilight Invitational MVP.

Personal: Marketing and hospitality and service management major … daughter of Mary Jane and David Schwan … has two siblings, Phillip and Paul.
