2017-18: National recognized pole vaulter … represented RIT at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship in the pole vault, finishing eighth (4.90 meters) and becoming an All-American … earned USTFCCCA All-Region outdoor honors in the pole vault … took first in pole vault at the Atlantic Region Track and Field Outdoor Championship with an outstanding best vault of 5.01 meters … had seven top-three, finishes including six victories … garnered United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic honors … also named RIT Athlete of the Week and Liberty League Track and Field performer of the Week three times for each … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 grade-point average.

2016-17: competed in multiple pole vaulting events during the indoor and outdoor season … had nine top-10 finishes … placed first at the RIT February Invitational and the Highlander Invitational … named to USTFCCCA indoor all-region team.

2015-16: Competed in several 60-meters and pole vault events during the indoor and outdoor season … represented RIT in the 2016 Division III NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships … won three times in the pole vault — at the RIT Tiger Invitational, 2016 Marc Deneault Invitational Cornell and NYSCTC Indoor Track & Field Championships … set personal bests in the 60-meters (7.52) and pole vault (4.92 meters) … earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region honors … named the RIT Male Athlete of the Week, Feb. 29 … named the Liberty League Track and Field Rookie of the Week, Feb. 28.

Before RIT: Ran track at Penfield High School … Section champion in the pole vault in indoor and outdoor in 2015 … also was the state champion in the outdoor pole vault that same year … also played soccer, football, gymnastics, and ran cross country.
 
Personal: Micro-electric engineering major … son of Dina and Bill Maguire … has three siblings, Regan, Luke, and Andrew.
