Biography
2017-18: Competed in several short, middle and long distance events … set career best in the 100-yard freestyle (11:20.22) against the University of Rochester.
2016-17: Competed in several short and middle distance events … set new personal bests in the 50-yard (25.23) and 100-yard (55.11) freestyle, 100-yard (1:05.35) backstrokes, and 100-yard butterfly (1:05.25) … placed seventh in the 100-yard butterfly against Fredonia State.
Before RIT: Swam at Weedsport High School ... two-year team captain ... named team MVP once.
Personal: Electrical engineering major ... son of Cindy and Chuck Fitzgerald ... has two siblings: Chandler and Matthew.
