2017 (Cross Country): Competed in three races … made her collegiate debut at the season-opening Highlander Twilight Short Course Invitational, finishing 26th in 16:07.7 … set season-best time of 24:51.5 at the Yellowjacket Invitational … recorded 47th place finish at the Liberty League Championship.
Before RIT: Competed in varsity cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field at Tully High School … track and field captain … helped lead Tully to three straight Section III Championships … was second in the New York State meet in the 4 x 800-meter relay … competed at the New Balance national track meet in 2016 and 2017 … won Tully’s Coaches Award for outdoor track … also played varsity soccer at Tully, where she helped lead them to four straight league titles … was a four-time All-League selection.
Personal: Industrial design major … daughter of Deb and Dave Perkins … has one sister, Maddie.
