2017 (Cross Country): Competed in four races … finished top-50 twice … set season best time of 27:33.8 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Preview hosted by Houghton … was 41st at the Bill Fritz Invitational hosted by Rowan … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

2016 (Cross Country): Raced in five events … placing 41st overall at the season-opening Cardinal Early Season Invite … recorded season-best time of 27:40.4 over 8,000-meters at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo … recorded an impressive 55th place finish at the Rowan University Border Battle, blazing the 7,800-meter course in 26:17.5 … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2015: Appeared in six meets … placed in the top-50 three times … finished 20th at the Canisius Alumni Classic … ran a season-best 27:15.6 at the Liberty League Championship, placing 28th.

Before RIT: Four-year cross country, indoor and outdoor track athlete at Gates-Chili High School ... also competed in swimming (three years) and wrestling (one year) while in high school.
