Biography
2016 (Cross Country): Competed at the NCAA Championship in Kentucky for the first time in his collegiate career … was 38th overall after 2,000-meters and eventually placed 141st overall … finished ninth in a career-best time of 24:43.3 over 8,000-meters at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship hosted by Rowan University … earned All-Atlantic Region honors … placed sixth at the Liberty League Championship in a time of 25:51 … earned All-Liberty League first team honors … recorded four top-10 finishes … finished third at the season-opening Cardinal Early Season Invitational hosted by St. John Fisher … led all RIT runners by placing eighth overall at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo in a time of 25:35 … was 12th overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational … named the RIT Male Athlete of the Week, Oct. 3.
Before RIT: Ran cross country and track for Joel Barlow High School… also played soccer and lacrosse… cross country team captain 2011… All-SWC selection.
