2017 (Cross Country): Competed in six races … opened the season with a win at the Highlander Short Course Twilight Invitational and garnered five top-seven finishes … finished sixth at the Liberty League Championship to earn all-league first team accolades for the third straight season … placed seventh at the 2017 NCAA Atlantic Region Championship in a season-best time of 24:58.6 to earn All-Region honors for the third straight season … represented RIT at the NCAA Championships for the second straight season … placed sixth at the Yellowjacket Invitational and seventh at the Bill Fritz Invite … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

2016 (Cross Country): Earned his first All-American honor, placing 27th at the NCAA Championships in Kentucky with a time of 24:48.4 …  was as high as 15th in the championship at the 6,000-meter split … recorded four top-10 finishes, including a victory in the season-opening Cardinal Early Season Invitational hosted by St. John Fisher … placed fifth at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship at Rowan in a career best time of 24:28.3 … earned All-Atlantic Region honors … placed eighth at the Liberty League Championship in 26:02.7 … earned All-Liberty League second team accolades … placed fourth at the Yellowjacket Invitational, hosted by the University of Rochester … earned a 12th place finish at the Rowan University Border Battle …  five-time RIT Male Athlete of the Week (Sept. 6, Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 14, Nov. 21) … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2015: Enjoyed an impressive season, finishing in the top-25 in all six meets … was named to the All-Liberty League and the All-Atlantic Region teams … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors finished in the top-10 four times … was a runner up at the Canisius Alumni Classic … finished fifth in the Liberty League Championships … finished as the top RIT runner with a 23rd place finish at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championship … ran a season-best 25:21.2 at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by Geneseo … was named the RIT Male Athlete of the week twice (Sept. 21, Oct. 5).

Before RIT:  Competed in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track at East Syracuse-Danvers High School … team MVP in both cross country and track and field … competed in the North Eastern Conference.

Personal: New media design major ... son of Margaret and John Bailey … has two sisters, Lily and Rose.
