Biography
2015-16: Competed in several short and middle distance events … set an RIT record in the 400-yard medley relay with Derek Rothrock, John Stelmack and Carl Schlehr with a time of 3:32.30 … finished fourth in the 100-yard freestyle at the UNYSCSA Championships … set new career bests in the 50-yard (21.53), 100-yard (46.95) and 200-yard freestyle (1:51.53) … named the Liberty League Swimmer of the Week, Oct. 25 … named the RIT Male Athlete of the Week, Oct. 26 … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
Before RIT: Swam five years of varsity at Canisteo-Greenwood High School…five-year captain…earned team MVP honors five straight years…holds seven school records.
Personal: Computer science major… son of Sue and Doug Brown…has one brother, Jacob.
