2016-17: Battled back from injury to compete in 11 doubles matches during the spring … earned wins with three different partners over Union, Bard and Oneonta State … partnered with Marie Jubert to win 8-0 at third doubles over Union on Senior day … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average. STATS

2015-16: Competed in 20 singles matches … played mostly between fourth through sixth singles … tied for third on the team with four victories … made a quarterfinal run in the Mary Hosking Invitational, defeating Alex Cattie of William Smith 8-0 … competed in 14 doubles matches, mostly with partner Brianna Dimisko … led the Tigers with six victories with Dimisko … made a quarterfinal run with Dimisko in the Mary Hosking Invitational hosted by William Smith College, defeating Alyssa Gontzes and Karianne Stretavan of Rochester … earned All-Liberty League Academic Team honors. STATS

2014-2015: Played in two singles matches and five doubles matches in her first season with the Tigers … earned her first collegiate win in doubles at the NYS Division III Championships with partner Margaret Barnstein against Ithaca’s Taylor Ferrari and Sydney Greenspan. STATS

Before RIT: Played varsity tennis at Kendall High School … senior captain … led team to a division title … had a 4-3 record in singles and 7-3 mark in doubles during her senior year … also played varsity soccer.

Personal: Diagnostic medical sonography major … daughter of Connie Hering and Gerald Furness … has one brother, Nick, and one sister, Crystal.
