2015: Competed in five events … had his first top-50 finish, placing 46th at the Canisius Alumni Classic … ran a career-best 28:39.6 at the Liberty League Championships … earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

Before RIT:  Competed in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track at Burlington High School … cross country team captain … earned All-American honors in the one mile racewalk at the 2014 New Balance Outdoor National meet … two-time Middlesex League All-Star in the 4 x 400-meter relay … competed in the 800-meter run at the state championhsips.

Personal: Electrical engineering major … son of Darcie and Eric Sunnerberg … has two sisters, Melanie and Marisa.
