Cross Country Career: All-Liberty League First Team and All-NCAA Atlantic Region accolades in each of her four seasons at RIT (2013-16) … was a 12-time RIT Athlete of the Week … appeared in three NCAA Championships … RIT program record holder over 6,000-meters (21:09.8).
2016 (Cross Country): Became the first All-American in RIT women’s cross country program history … finished 34th overall out of 280 runners at the 2016 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championship held at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park in Kentucky … completed the 6,000-meter course at the NCAA Championship in an impressive time of 21:15.9, earning All-American honors by less than a second … was the second best Liberty League finisher and was sixth out of all Atlantic Region runners at the NCAA Championship … finished eighth at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship in a time of 21:10.5 … earned All-Atlantic Region honors for the fourth straight year … earned All-Liberty League First Team honors for the fourth straight season, placing third overall at the league championship in 23:02.3 … broke her own school record over 6,000-meters with a time of 21:09.8 at the Rowan University Border Battle, placing 11th overall … opened season by winning the Cardinal Early Season Invitational by 21 seconds, completing the 4,000-meter course in 15:09 … won the prestigious Mike Woods Invitational, hosted by SUNY Geneseo by nearly 11 seconds in a then-school record time of 21:39.8 … placed 12th overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational … five-time RIT Female Athlete of the Week (Sept. 6, Oct. 3, Oct. 31, Nov. 14, and Nov. 21) … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.
2015: Was the best RIT runner in six of seven events this season … six of her seven finishes were top-25 marks … finished third at the Flower City Opener … finished fifth at the Liberty League Championship, earning All-Liberty League first team honors … at the Atlantic Regional Championship, she placed sixth, the best performance ever by a RIT runner … earned All-Atlantic Region honors for the third straight year … led RIT in the NCAA Championships with an 81st place finish, the highest finish ever by a RIT runner in school history … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … placed fourth at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by Geneseo with a personal-best time of 21:53.4 … nearly broke that mark at the next event, the AAE Pre-National meet held at the Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wis., finishing in 21:54.8 … was named RIT Female Athlete of the Week three times.
2014: Had a remarkable sophomore season, running in seven meets … had a win in the Oswego State Invitational … smashed a school record at the Geneseo Invitational, finishing with a time of 21:44.6 … earned her way to the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships … won three Liberty League Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week awards (Sept. 7, Sept. 21, and Oct. 5) … garnered two RIT Female Athlete of the Week awards (Sept. 8, Oct. 7) … earned All-Liberty League first team honors.
Before RIT: Ran four years of cross country, and track and field at Rush Henrietta High School… helped her team win sectionals in both… earned All Greater Rochester in 2012.
Personal: New media design major … daughter of Melissa and David Jones… has one sibling, Jared.
