Albanese places 10th in 3-Meter event at NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three RIT divers are in action this week at the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships with events starting Wednesday afternoon.
 
WEDNESDAY HIGHLIGHTS
  • In the men's 3-Meter event, Luke Albanese placed 10th in the finals, improving on his 11th-place finish (472.95) in the prelims with a score of 487.40 to earn Second Team All-American honors. The junior will compete in the 1-Meter on Friday (Mar. 20).
Juniors Gwen Petrie and McKenna Porter are set to compete tomorrow (Mar. 19)  in the women's 1-Meter prelims as well as the 3-Meter prelims on Saturday (Mar. 21).
 
All prelims start at 1 p.m., with the finals starting at 6 p.m. each day.
