ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT men's lacrosse team was selected first in the 2026 Liberty League Preseason poll as voted on by the conference's head coaches.
The Tigers, who recorded a 21-2 record in 2025, are coming off their 12th Liberty League title since 2012 and its 15th consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament. RIT received six first-place votes and 48 points.
RPI was selected second with 41 points and one first-place vote, while St. Lawrence was picked third with 40 points and one first-place vote.
RIT, ranked No. 4 in the USILA Division III Preseason Poll, begins its 2026 campaign at No. 20 Denison on Saturday (Feb. 14) at 1:00 p.m.
