NEWPORT NEWS, VA - The RIT women's tennis team lost 7-0 at No. 24 Christopher Newport in non-conference action, Friday. 

DOUBLES:

• Junior Kira Kronenberg and sophomore Emily Greb lost 6-2 to Lindsey Bergelin and Kylie Schaefer at first doubles.
• Sophomore Melanie Saborio and first year Shayna Agarwal lost to Kendal Chang and Samantha Robertson 6-0 at second doubles and senior Abby Finchum and Anika Galkiewicz lost 6-1 to Abby Erin Gross and Eva Taylor at third doubles.

SINGLES:

• Greb lost to Schaefer 6-3, 6-2 at first singles Kronenberg lost 6-2, 6-0 to Chang at second singles.'
• Saborio lost in two sets to Taylor at third singles and Galkiewicz lost to Robertson at fourth singles.
• Agarwal lost to Gross at fifth singles and Finchum lost to Sophia Dadley at sixth singles.
