ROCHESTER, NY – RIT sophomore defender Adrian Sobczak and sophomore goalie Kristian Dobbek were 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections, announced Tuesday (Nov. 25).
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
A 2025 Liberty League All-Academic selection, Sobczak holds a 3.94 grade-point average in physician assistant. Sobczak started all 16 games in 2024 recording career highs in points (6) and assists (4). He finished second on the team in assists and was second on the team with 1,312 minutes played.
 
Dobbek is a 2025 Liberty League All-Academic selection and holds a 3.94 grade-point average in accounting. Dobbek played in 14 games and finished fifth in the Liberty League with a 0.93 goals-against average and a .800 save percentage and was tied for second in the league with six shutouts. Dobbek made a season-high 10 saves against Skidmore.
 
RIT finished the 2025 season with six wins.
